RE 20 H.P. CHASSIS FOUR WHEEL BRAKES

Will you kindly let us have the following information regarding the above for inclusion in the new instruction book :-

(1). What amount, measured from the top of pedal towards dash, should pedal move just to engage servo? (We say not less than ¼" for New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I). Also, what should be the clearance on straight side of servo cams when servo just engaged? (for New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I we say .025.)
[Handwritten annotation:] Not Less than .030

(2). What further pedal travel, measured in same manner, should just apply rear brakes? (New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I 1½"). On the 20 H.P. chassis without front wheel brakes, we say that rear brake cables should move ¾" to 1". Will this still apply?

(3). What movement of front wheel brake camshaft lever, by hand, should just apply the brake shoes?
[Handwritten annotation:] LEVER ON AXLE .625

(4). Is the distribution of braking the same as on New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I, namely approximately [struck through] 1/3 to front and 2/3 to rear?
[Handwritten annotation:] 33% to front

[Handwritten annotation in left margin:]
Phantom
40% to front
20 H.P. 33 1/3% to front

(5). Should we give hand brake adjustment as before, namely ¾" to 1" movement of cables?
[Handwritten annotation:] yes

If you have any further notes, information or suggestions, referring, for instance, to any differences between these brakes and those of the New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I, we should be glad to have them.
