Naturally it is proposed that we complete this as designed. We do not think however this will be the final form, and there will be the following changes :-

(1) The back axle will be fitted with the present 40/50 double brakes instead of the single brakes. This is quite a simple matter, and should facilitate production rather than retard it.

(2) The modifications to the gearbox are rather extensive as we intend to fix this to the engine as a combined unit. The wheels and bearings will be the same but the casing and operating mechanism will be different.

(3) The modifications to the engine are simpler and apply solely to the upper half of the crankchamber, so as to suspend it in the frame in a more orthodox manner, and cancel the underframe, fitting it with damper supports in the front. The engine will be exactly interchangeable with EAC.11.
