-2- Lucas state that they will be pleased to send any information required on the subject. (3) Reversed Polarity. The chief objection to reversing the primary windings on their system is due to the danger of an inductive spark jumping from the outside of the primary to the metal case which is earthed. (4) Transformer ignition. The progress of this is very slow, although Lucas state that no real snags have appeared as yet. (5) Foot switches. The trouble experienced on the foot switch was explained to Mr. Robinson who has promised to send a man over to our works today to discuss same. (6) Headlamps. Tests are being carried out with stronger springs in the dipper mechanism to overcome the unsteadiness complained with B-36-BN.{W.O.
