Bentley Propeller Shaft. We send herewith N.Sch's 5101 and 5038 which give particulars of the Hardy-Spicer shaft for this car. N.Sch.5038 shows the shaft as to be supplied by Messrs. Hardy Spicer. The tube diameter is 3.0" (as for the existing Bentley shaft) and thickness .064". The shaft is the same as that for the Wraith excepting for the length and the sliding joint inner member which can be a standard Hardy Spicer piece for this car. N.Sch.5101 gives the layout and flanges for gearbox and axle. The bolts, nuts and spring washers are to be supplied by Messrs. Hardy Spicer as our standard nuts are too large.
