Will you please note for future reference :- That there is no need for a flange to be formed in that portion of the excluder that is supported on distance pieces: it may be quite flat. That in the above portion of the excluder, between the last two distance pieces at the top in the case of 12" drums, and between the last 3 in the case of larger drums, it is advisable not to form supporting tabs, but to continue the screen downwards to fill the space between where the tabs are now.
