BENTLEY PISTONS.

Hl. has an improved heat treatment for the piston alloy which we want to try to help us with our trouble on the Bentley.

The heat treatment consists of taking the piston out of the die before it cools and soaking it at high temperature. Hl. now has the necessary apparatus ready.

Will you please order one dozen die castings from the works specifying that they should get Hl. to superintend the casting etc. Will you please machine these castings to HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1107.
