Re Cotton Fabric Cone Clutches. TBB5/L27912. Mr Nadin. 27.9.12. Mr Bailey. With reference to the standard-isation of the cotton fabric attached by means of staples alone, as I previously informed you Mr Royce is most anxious for this to be standard-ised immediately. He suggests however that a slightly thinner gauge of wire should be used for the staples, and he is of the opinion that the gauge can be altered slightly without necessitating further trials before standardisation.
