Dear Sirs,

We are sending you herewith a sketch of a tube that we are interested in obtaining.

We do not know whether you could manufacture such a tube in .45" carbon steel with the one seam weld. If you would be able to supply us with such tubes, we should like to hear of the probable tool cost, and also the cost per tube if ordered in batches of about 400.
