TO RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. X/5661 EFC2/T31.1.27. 20 HP .DYNAMO. Confirming our conversation, we hand you herewith 20 HP. dynamo No,625 which is at present fitted with solid poles, also the 28 slot armature. We confirm that it was arranged that these solid poles and this armature should be fitted to the present 20 HP. dynamo at present on 10-GIII, after which and previous to being finally put on the car, it would be as well for this to be handed to us for a check test. Also that you will urge as far as possible the production of two more armatures similar to this one, owing to the promising nature of this experiment in the direction of the reduction of dynamo noise.
