Dear Mr. Skinner, As you already know, we shall shortly be asking for German material diaphragms for Fuel Pumps. In order that we may keep a check on them, will you kindly instruct that the lettering "G.M." be stamped on the front face of the casting base. This will enable us to tell at a glance the diaphragm being used on any one unit. Also will you please notify us of the first supply of pumps fitted with these diaphragms, for record purposes. Reverting to the 9 HP. carbs. you kindly sent to me, I have handed Mr. Green the invoice for one, and the other I am retaining until I next visit Birmingham.
