1st June, 1937.

Messrs. Park Ward & Co.,
473, High Road,
WILLESDEN,
LONDON. N.W.10.

For the attention of Mr.C.Ward.

Dear Sirs,

Re: Bodies for 28.G.6. and 29.G.6.

It has been decided that we should ask you to work no more overtime on the bodies for the above cars. You will recollect that after the writer's visit to your Works on Friday, May 14th, it was agreed that you might work overtime pro-tem. awaiting a decision.

At that time you gave us delivery dates for the two bodies - 28.G.6. and 29.G.6. respectively, working full overtime June 30th, 1937, and July 10th, 1937. In each case ten days longer would be required if no overtime were allowed.

In view of the fact that you have been working overtime on these two bodies during the working days from May 14th until to-day, we would be glad if you would tell us the revised dates for the delivery of these bodies taking into consideration the overtime worked.

Yours faithfully,

For and on behalf of
ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.,
