SpectreCodename for Phantom III Single Plate Clutch.

Herewith is N. Sch.4256, showing a clutch pressure lever revised as to balance, to avoid the possibility of either raising the pedal, or attempting to release the clutch, to any appreciable extent.

It should be substituted for the lever shewn on N. Sch.4229.
