Dear Sirs,

RE WIND TUNNEL MODELS. BENTLEY 'B'.

We saw the wind tunnel models when at you Works and are very pleased with the way in which they have been constructed.

For model 'one' which is the model with the standard body we notice that you have made the following front wings.
(a) Standard wing without an outside valance.
(b) Standard wing with an outside valance.
(c) Flared wing with running board with no lip.
(d) Flared wing with running board with a lip.

There still remains the following wing which we instructed in our designs, and which we did not see made
(e) Flared wing for use without a running board and having no lip.

We would like to add to this selection of front wings the following.
(f) Standard wing as (b) but with the front of the wing brought forward to form almost a horizontal line with the front horns of the frame.
(g) Cycle type wing as would be attached to the axle and turn with the wheel. This would have an inside valance by which it can be screwed to the wheel.

We are communicating with Messrs Vickers as to the colour for these models and will let you know their requirements.

Yours faithfully,

H.I.F.Evernden.
