x4027 To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re Peregrine. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}15/E30.11.34 Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} [Struck through] Thanks for Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}10/KW.29.11.34. I am pleased to note that a number of parts of Peregrine have been and can still be usefully employed for the reasons you mention. By all means keep the parts which are of use. The principal reason really for deciding to dismantle and scrap the cars was that they were taking up valuable room. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
