Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of yesterday's date and are extremely gratified that it is your intention to test Houdaille Hydraulic Suspensions on one of your chassis. We have very careful-ly examined your blue print and, although naturally we hesitate from critisizing in any way, we feel sure that as the vendors of Houdaille Hydraulic Suspensions you will appreciate the spirit in which we may make any suggestions.

What may happen in practise may naturally be different to what one might anticipate from a blue print, but we are inclined to think that you may have cut the connecting rod too short which could be overcome by placing the Suspension box nearer the frame, ie. not using such a long bracket.
