Dear Sirs,

X.4289 - FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR. WHITEHEAD. X.295.

Further to your esteemed enquiry under date of the 16th inst., and our reply of the 17th we now have pleasure in quoting you for the supply of :-

100 model 2D. dynamos .... £19.10.0 each nett.
100 model 3D. do .... £15.5.0 each nett.
100 model 4D. do. .... £11.10.0 each nett.

These machines to embody all the modifications arranged and to be of similar construction to the sample sent you by passenger train on the 22nd inst.

The writer endeavoured to telephone you this morning with reference to fixing up an appointment when it would be convenient for you to discuss this matter, and speedometers. Unfortunately, however, we were not successful in getting switched through to you.

We propose visiting you on either Wednesday or Thursday next, and perhaps you will kindly let us know which day is most convenient, also will you kindly let us know whether you require any further information previous to our visit.

In the meantime, we sincerely trust that Mr. Fowler Clark has succeeded in locating the missing dynamo which was sent on the 22nd. inst.
