We send you herewith ignition coil No. 3922 which has been returned by 'N' for examination and report, per G.R. 264044.

We have examined and tested this unit ourselves and agree with 'N' Dept. that same is faulty. We have failed to get a spark at all from the H.T. side, but there is a circuit through the primary.

We shall be glad if you will have this coil [struck through] tested and reported upon, advising us to what account the replacement supplied should be charged.
