To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. 1003 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.8/AP.1.7.37 Ph.III. Starting Handle Outside Bumper Bar -LeC.5610. As you have now completed the starting handle for the above scheme, we should like you to complete the other pieces and fit them to 33-EX.car, before Tuesday next (July 6th.) so that Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} can judge the appearance of the Ph.III. with the new method of supporting the starting handle. This can be done in the garage if the car is not in the Shop in time.
