Dear Sirs,

In reply to your letter of the 30th September, we have given instructions that the first 5, 7.00-17 Fort 'C' type covers are to be sent to you immediately they become available, and it is hoped that they may be in your possession by the middle of this week.

As regards your further enquiry, we would say that, other things being equal a pressure reduction of 2-3 lbs/sq.in. with the 7.00-17 tyres should give the same cushioning properties as the 6.50-17.

Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO.,LTD.
