-2- We then carried out a series of tests on the road and found that the best position of plunger 'C' in chamber 'B' was 3.5" to 4" from No.3 aperture in A.{Mr Adams} This position was then confirmed by running 20-EX on the dynamometer. Our next job was to apply this principle and same capacity of tuning chamber to our semi expanding carb. in a more practical and productive manner, and an air silencer similar to the sketch below was made.
