With reference to Com/D/AWS15/T26.7.23, will you please write to the customer and say that the matter has been referred to me and that I very much regret the inconvenience and annoyance to which he has been subjected through the failure of the starter motor fitted to his Rolls-Royce Car, Chassis 44-G-2. We trust that the unit is now giving satisfaction and that should he have the slightest need of our services at any time we should be glad to send someone immediately to assist him. We regret the expense to which he was put in being transported from Egham to Tidworth and enclose herewith the £6 which he paid for transport. BJ/Py. P.T.O | ||
