Dear Sir, Referring to the interview which our Mr.Smith had with you a fortnight ago when you arranged to send us an order for a trial pair of Smith Shock Absorbers after receiving full particulars from us. Owing to Mr.Smith's indisposition we regret the delay in sending you these particulars which we trust has not caused you any inconvenience. We enclose you descriptive pamphlet and might say that our "M" size Double Arm Type is suitable for all your Models and we shall be pleased to supply you with these, complete ready for mounting on to your pins and for fitting as standard at £2.2D. per pair delivered your Works. We shall be very pleased to receive your order for a trial pair at this figure and hope to hear favourably from you with regard to the behaviour of these in the near future.
