Dear Sir,

We thank you for your favour of the 5th inst, under the above reference.

In reply, we beg to advise you that not having heard anything definite from you regarding the sample instrument submitted by the writer sometime back, we were hopeful that you were more than satisfied with the performance of same.

We have this day received instructions for the supply of two more instruments, and we would welcome any criticisms that you might care to offer.

The particular feature that we stress when comparing the two instruments is that ours is more readily audible at higher speeds than the Foreign made model.
