SpectreCodename for Phantom III III Front Shock Dampers.

It has been agreed by Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} that the above chassis should be fitted up with front shock dampers to Ex.16857.

This scheme has the advantage that it is possible to remove the shock damper valve chamber from the chassis without disturbing the radiator, etc.
