Re: E.27-KLG PLUGS.

[STAMP: RECEIVED MAY 25 1937]

The set of plugs E.27 KLG fitted to Mr. Lappin's car are misfiring at slow speeds. The examination of the points and insulators give every indication of being too hot. The fact that ~~that~~ these plugs are misfiring is very serious, seeing that we are going into production with this plug, also Depots are being supplied after months of waiting with what from the results of these plugs is no cure.

The mileage of the car is 24,893, you will no doubt have the record when these plugs were fitted.
