Regulations concerning the issue of petrol vouchers are being tightened up.

In future it will be necessary for an exact record to be kept by Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /Wym. {G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager} as to what use was made of every petrol voucher which he issues to people who use their cars on the Company's business.

He has been instructed to obtain an exact statement of how the petrol has been used that has already been supplied, before he issues any further coupons.
