STORAGE OF DUPLICATE SET OF PRINTS
OF ROLLS ROYCE PRODUCTS.

Here is a list of the prints we require at Ashby. There are two sources where we may obtain these prints in most cases; in the first case we can sort out what we require from Ashby and the other is printing direct from the originals.

Printing from the originals is probably the least expensive method of procedure but as the job is urgent we are running this in parallel with manual sorting out at Ashby.

The list shows the engines which still require treatment and a suggested order of urgency. The Vulture tool drawings can be considered as being the last things that we require as getting these drawings takes up the whole output of the Blueprint Room if it is done in a hurry and it is not permissable to do this again after the disorganisation we caused with the Merlin.

Before we can get the scheme drawings someone in the D.O. will have to make a list of the scheme drawings which go to make up an engine.

We should be glad if you would get Shelton on that job right away.

We regard the Griffon 11 as being the next most urgent job after the Merlin.
