To Order No. 5 Customer's No. 19 Put the car right in respect to pivot inclination + wheel balance at the works Upon owner complaining again โ as recently ago as last week โ that the steering still wobbled, Capel was sent to investigate the trouble & I instructed him re the application of packing washers under the springs of the side steering tube. He checked the lean of the pivots & increased the compression on the steering tube springs with equally satisfactory results as in the case of Smith's car.
