The Board has decided to grant to all members of the Staff (male and female) earning up to and including £500 per annum, excluding bonus, an "ex gratia" cost of living allowance, as follows :- Age last Birthday. Amount 14 1. 0d. per week. 15 1. 0d. per week. 16 1. 3d. per week. 17 1. 9d. per week. 18 2. 0d. per week. 19 2. 6d. per week. 20 2. 6d. per week. 21 and over 5. 0d. per week.
