Mr. Hancock from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gy.

We have despatched the adaptor for the Bijur oil pump which we hope will prevent oil leaking down the dashboard. Will you please fit same and report when possible.

Would you please inform us about your recommendations in regard to the oiling of the various units by hand. At present we believe we are reasonable in instructing the oiling of various units as follows :-

Front axle.................... every 500 miles.
Rear axle..................... every 1000 miles.
Clutch trunnion and ball race.... every 5000 miles.
Mechanics Joints............... examination every 5000 miles.
Propeller xxxxx shaft sliding joint........................... " " " "
Other units - fan, dynamo, water pump, as heretofore.

Will you please correct this if you think it is not satisfactory.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/F.Gaye.
