To DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} X5540C Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rnl/LG3.1.29. X5300 Hancock reports as follows on the head lamp mounting of the 20 HP. car now in France :- "We sent you a telegram reporting the breaking of the 'front wing stays. The four stays have broken across 'the bottom lugs. This has not been caused by excessive 'speeds or bad roads. The head lamps we are of the opinion 'are too heavy to be carried by the wings." We should be obliged if you will look into this matter. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} | ||
