Thanks for your Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/h.23.12.41 and for the two sketches done by one of your lads at the Works of the Corniche. I note that Pomeroy would like to have these for publication and I will arrange to hand them over to him. I am afraid, however, "The Motor" are not likely to pay for them. We have to pay for such things as these in return for the presumed 'publicity value.' In the ordinary way we should pay about a couple of Guineas each for such sketches. What do you suggest? C. | ||
