To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} X4038 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/LG11.3.27. K-S TELEGAGE. We enclose two prints which we have received from the Claudel people shewing the relative position of their telegage unit in the 40/50 HP. and 20 HP. tanks. We should very much like a scheme for fitting them to take the place of the temporary arrangement which we at present have in which the existing gauge hole is used, in consequence the telegage is at the side of the tank. We should like to point out that the gauge must be near a baffle because otherwise it will not function correctly. As we pointed out, the top of the gauge is not a nice job, and you will probably like to alter this. We are asking Messrs. Claudel Hobson to send you a complete 40/50 unit for your inspection when dealing with these designs. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
