Contd. 2. and the second part of series S with a 4 magneto drive, 2 ignition magnetos and Remy ignition. The seaplane would probably be carrying accumulators for a lighting circuit, and they would serve to work the Remy ignition. Even if the extra ignition magnetos are not fitted at a later date owing to the Remy taking their place, the driving shafts would still be/re-quired for working the air pump and speedometer coupling.
