My two level device for this could be better carried out as EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} suggests by modification to the cork faced tap. (While his drg. was in my house exactly the same scheme was passing through my mind, like thought reading, but I may have caught a glimpse at it.)
I should like it arranged slightly different in detail. To stop we should always turn fully to the R.{Sir Henry Royce}
