x206 To Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} (FOR DEPOT SHEET). Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}17/KW.16.1.35. Tramping on the Bentley Car. Isolated cases have arisen where a customer has complained of high speed tramping when suddenly applying the brakes upon uneven road surfaces at speeds above 60 m.p.h. When this trouble occurs the front shock absorber load should be raised to 105 lbs. This will reduce the tendency for the trouble to occur.
