ROAD SPRINGS - BENTLEY. With referance to BY.1/G.9.5.33. We have issued a standardisation sheet for these springs. We suggest, however, that they should not be ordered in a hurry because it has now been decided that the coachbuilders should be allowed to put on what bodies they like on the Bentley, and therefore we may get considerably heavier cars than at present. There is no doubt that springs of 850 lbs. will be required for some of these cars, but we cannot say what percentage this will be at present.
