Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 22nd inst., and are glad to hear that you have taken steps to ensure that future clutches will be satisfactory from the point of view of finger setting, parallelism of the driven plate and location of the cover fixing holes.

Confirming our 'phone conversation of this morning, our Works Manager regrets that he is not in a position to make any eyebolts. He suggests that you communicate with the following firms in this connection :-
