re Chateauroux Garage.

We have sent Benham down to Chateauroux and he has obtained for us the right in any case to remain in the premises until the month of April.

He will remain down there for 48 hours more with the object of fixing up other premises from that time onwards.

We would like to point out, so as to make this memo clear, that since our last memo there have been further developments, and the group in question have now purchased our present proprietor's land, on which our garage is situated. We therefore took full advantage of our lease, and applied for the usual delay to get out.
