which is now complete as a drawing.

On the 19th inst. we sent you a preliminary blueprint, and since then there has been no alteration to the design, but we now call for the outer plates of the torque reaction dampers to be made in Saw steel, because it has just been brought to our knowledge that the Peregrine damper plates broke on the bumper test after what is considered a short duration.
