Unfortunately, the writer has a prior appointment in the afternoon. We mention this just in case the time clashes with your arrangements, but if he is unable to meet you he will make arrangements with our Electrical Engineer, Mr. Russell, to do so. Meantime, will you kindly let us know the time of your arrival at the Station?
