We do not think that the extra weight of tyre has any appreciable effect on the steering, owing to the comparatively low speed at which the front wheels are turned on the pivots in the act of steering. Will you kindly accept our sincere apologies for the delay in this reply, but your letter was only handed to the writer this morning, it having been mislaid in another department.
