AE3/W.1.5.29. 1st May 1929. The Zolineer Motor Fuel Co., 312 Deansgate, MANCHESTER. Dear Sirs, re Stores - Motor Fuel Thank you for your letter of the 30th ulto. ref. WB.{Mr Brazier/Mr Bell} We think there must be some misunderstanding in this matter, as we have not informed Mr. Brock that we wish to make a test of your motor fuel. We have a recollection that he wrote to us some little while ago, making enquiries about it, and we had to reply that we had no knowledge of it. We also explained that tests of things of this description were always carried out by the Experimental Department of our Works in Derby, upon whose findings we based our own actions. If, therefore, you wish a test of your fuel to be made, we would suggest that you should approach them, although we should like to make clear that we cannot give any undertaking that they will be able to carry out such a test. We are, dear Sirs, Yours faithfully, for ROLLS-ROYCE Ld. Commercial Manager London Repair Department | ||
