Cricklewood Works,
London. N.W. 2.

Dear Nichols,

I would like to have a chat with you sometime when I am up in Town, regarding instruments for our chassis.

I hope to be in Town on several occasions during the next fortnight but the only one convenient to me to meet you would be during the afternoon of Friday May 15th.

Can you manage this? If so we can make other arrangements later.

Trusting you are well

Yours sincerely,
