For the attention of Mr. Shimkins
re 11" Driven Plate.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your second 'phone message of today, in which you advise us that you have now found material to enable you to make the boss of the hub with 1 3/8" splines, up to original length.

We confirm that for the present we do not contemplate altering production to 1 3/8" and only require two plates.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
