-2- (4) The braking system appears to be even more effective than in the case of the Hispano I tried last week. The sensitiveness of the foot-pedal is more pronounced and to such an extreme, that I consider it highly dangerous except in anybody's but an expert's hands. It is obviously not difficult to reduce the sensitiveness of the pedal. I believe that the car is not yet sold. I think that the whole outfit other than the brake system, is probably one we would not wish to emulate in any respect, unless as a matter of policy it was considered desirable to pander to the speed merchant, in doing which we should probably ruin our luxury trade.
