transferred to the sprung weight in the optimum position
for increasing K2.
Independent rear wheel suspension has the same advantages.
Reducing the wheelbase of the Phantom by off-
setting the front axle to the rear of the front springs,
appears to us to be a possible experiment of value.
A short engine does seem to be an asset in getting a well
sprung car.
