Dear Mr. Swindall, I want to apologise for having to leave your office so abruptly yesterday, without even having an opportunity of thanking you for your courteous consideration of our product. However, as I am sure your Associate explained, I had an important engagement in London and in order to catch the train it was necessary to leave immediately. I hope that it will be possible to test both of the Fram Cleaners that we left with you, and feel sure that you will be pleased with the results of your tests. Messrs. Simmonds Aerocessories Ltd. have complete engineering data on Fram and will be more than pleased to assist you in any way that you desire. I have discussed the question of price with them and as soon as it is possible to do so, they will let you have a formal quotation for your equipment requirements. The policy, as explained to you, will be to sell you the Cleaners at approximately our cost. Mr. Wheatcroft will, of course, keep in touch with you, but should you require additional information, will you please communicate with Mr. W.
