X.430 In place of high non-inductive resistances the secondary of a second standard RR ignition-coil was connected across the gap of a standard RR battery ignition, and various resistances used in its primary. A single gap with third point was used. 9.5 mm. Max-gap with second coil disconnected = .375" 5.6 mm.
