For the attention of Mr. Healey.
Development Dept.

Mr. Royce is under the impression that the reason why we can get wobbles with statically balanced wheels is that they are out of balance dynamically.

As we have no facilities here for ascertaining the dynamical balance of a wheel and tyre, we are unable to prove the validity of this theory.

We should be interested to know if you have at any time conducted a test of the above nature and if not, whether you have any facilities for so doing which would enable us to give Mr. Royce some information on this subject.
